Buff is back

9/20/2010 by John Borelli

New flypads and tee signs were installed last week at Buffumville disc golf course in Charlton, MA.

A ton of work went into designing and clearing the new layout too, so the next time you are out there thank Ranger Tim Russell and local NEFA golfers Joe Yaskis, Matt Heenan, members of Team Buff, and several others for getting this done!

Thanks to those applicable for all the thought committed hard work spent refining this legacy course. The old layout was cherished, as this one shall too come to be. Change is sometimes painful, and often met with protest. Sure, some signiture holes were sacrificed, but Buff isn't a vacuum. There are other users and affected property-owning abutters. Everyone walks away gaining at least something from the redesign. I personally love the round making/breaking long water hole. It feels great to fly that (even if one's drive is barely making it over the weeds)
