Renew Member! (Must have been active last year)

Here is your chance to renew your membership from last year!
 
Note: If you were not active last year ever, then you must select 'New Member' instead of renewal.
Example: 
-Chris was a NEFA member in 2018
-Chris took off 2019 and never renewed his NEFA membership
-Chris will purchase the "New Member" option in 2020 (but he will keep the same NEFA number!)
